Politicians in Northern Ireland are being urged to "act quickly" after a post-Brexit deal was announced between the UK and EU.
The "Windsor Framework" means "free-flowing trade" for goods between Northern Ireland and the UK.
The DUP says the jury is still out.
The Tánaiste is welcoming the deal, saying it could pave the way for economic opportunities.
However Micheál Martin says people do need time to examine the deal.
"Of course people are entitled to examine the documentation in detail.
"The negotiations went on for four months, they were very comprehensive, but given the exhaustive nature of these discussions, I think it's fair to say that the issues that have raised by the parties in the north have been listened to, and from what I can see have been responded to in a very comprehensive fashion."
