People have been pictured queueing between barriers outside Dublin Airport's Terminal One this morning.
It follows complaints about delays getting through security in recent months - as the operator scrambles to get new staff trained up.
Photos posted online between 5 and 6am show a long line of holidaymakers with suitcases and bags.
Many of them are Leinster fans, heading for France as their team is due to take on La Rochelle this afternoon.
