Police in Scotland have released Peter Murrell, Nicola Sturgeon's husband, without charge last night.
They detained the former chief executive of the SNP in connection to an investigation into the party's finances.
Officers were seen digging in the garden of the home he shares with the former First Minister in Glasgow.
The country's new First Minister, Humza Yousaf, says the party wants to reassure voters.
"My first meeting as leader of the NEC on Saturday was to get the NEC to agree to a course of action around governance, around transparency.
"That's because people do have questions around governance, around transparency, because people do have questions about transparency, about our finances."
