Mobile phones and items of clothing have been seized by Gardaí in a search of homes in Dublin's Cherry Orchard this morning.
Six homes in the area in Ballyfermot were searched after joyriders rammed into a Garda car last Monday night.
The phones and clothes have been sent for examination and analysis.
No arrests were made and Gardaí continue to appeal for information.
