Met Eireann says the country should prepare for severe weather events becoming more common

"Last year from Ophelia to you know 17 to 18, I think that was a good calling card of what the future can look like. We had everything, we had drought, storm, snow and you know heavy rain. So I think this is what we need to be prepared for, that these kinds of severe weather events can become more prevalent unfortunately."
