A man was removed to Cork University Hospital following a two car collision on the N22 in Macroom this morning.
The alarm was raised shortly after 8am and Gardaí and emergency services responded to the crash involving two cars near Farnanes.
One man was removed to CUH for medical treatment though his injures are not thought to be life threatening.
Diversions are in place to allow for the removal of the vehicles from the stretch of road.
