A man arrested in connection with the death of Thomas Dooley in Kerry on Wednesday, has been charged and is due in court this morning.
Thomas Dooley who was aged in his 40's was attacked at the New Rath Cemetery in Rathass in Tralee.
His wife Siobhan was also injured in the attack.
A man in his 30s who was arrested in Cork and questioned at Tralee Garda Station will appear before Kenmare District Court later.
