A man has died in a workplace accident in Co Roscommon.
This incident happened shortly after 10am this morning, in the Tibohine area, near Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon.
The man in his 70s was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been removed to Roscommon University Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified and will carry out an investigation.
