A third man, arrested in connection with the death of Thomas Dooley in County Kerry last week, has been released without charge.
The 43 year old was stabbed to death while attending a funeral at Rath Cemetery last Wednesday morning.
Two men appeared separately at Kenmare District Court last week charged with his murder.
However a man in his 40s, who was also arrested in connection with the attack, has been released and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
