A 37 year-old man accused of murdering his wife and two young children at their south Dublin home in 2021 has been found dead at the Midlands Prison today.
Their bodies were found after residents in the estate became concerned when the family hadn't been seen for several days and alerted the Gardaí.
Sameer Syed was due to stand trial at the Central Criminal Court on the 15th of June.
An investigation has been launched.
