A 31-year-old man accused of the murder of Ashling Murphy in Co Offaly in January is due back in court this morning.
Josef Puska, of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co Offaly was remanded in custody at Cloverhill District Court two weeks ago as he awaits DPP directions.
He's due back before Cloverhill court this morning.
