A man in his 50s has been charged by Gardaí investigating a house fire in Dublin before Christmas, in which a woman in her 40s died.
It broke out at a property on Howth Road in Clontarf on December 15th, and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man arrested and charged is expected to appear before a sitting of Dublin District Court this morning.
