Labour believes there's a crisis in relation to the delivery of housing at the moment.
It's reacting to plans to start moving Ukrainian refugees into new modular homes in June.
There have been delays as they were meant to have been ready last November.
The party's Senator Mark Wall it's vital there are no more delays:
"Well, there's no doubt it is essential, given the crisis, given the timeframes involved. I'm informed that we can get modular homes built within a number of months compared to a number of years in relation to traditional builds. And that's why it's important because there is a crisis for Ukrainians".
