The man charged with murdering the teacher has been remanded in continuing custody while the book of evidence for his trial is prepared.

Jozef Puska of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co Offaly, has been in custody since January 19th.

He's accused of killing the 23-year-old as she went for a run along the Grand Canal near Tullamore on January 12th.

He faced his sixth hearing at Cloverhill District Court today via videolink, and has been further remanded to appear again on April 6th.

The defence has asked for the book of evidence to be translated into Slovakian.
