An Irish man has been arrested in Spain in connection with the murder of an Irish woman.
Officers found the woman seriously injured at a hotel in Salou last night.
When they arrived, she was lying on the floor, while a man was next to her with a "self-inflicted wound."
The man arrested is being questioned by police in Spain.
