It's being reported that members of the NPHET have been forbidden from appearing in the media without the government's permission.
That's according to the Irish Independent, which writes senior ministers are angry over alleged "leaks" of the crisis committee's advice this week.
Sources quoted in the paper say the Tánaiste Leo Varadkar called NPHET a "political organisation" - which he is said to be disputing.
