An investigation has been launched in Mountjoy Prison after a video of inmates laughing and joking appeared on social media.
Prisoners appeared in a live stream that later was posted on one of their pages for users to watch.
The Prison Service believes they're hiding the phones in cells that aren't their own, so it's harder to catch them.
The video was widely shared after it went up online.
