The Taoiseach has said an incident at a migrant camp in Dublin has the hallmarks of a racist attack.
A number of men with sticks and dogs turned up at a makeshift camp of around 15 tents near Ashtown in Dublin.
Some of the men staying there were allegedly assaulted.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar said the Gardaí will fully investigate.
"It's very disturbing. I've heard the reports in the media, I don't have a report from the Gardai but I will seek one.
"I'm always reluctant to comment on something without knowing the full facts, but it has the feel and look of essentially a racist attack."
