Gardaí are struggling with workloads that are unsustainable and the force is failing to tackle the problem.
That's the view of the Garda Representative Association after three Gardaí described the impact of work stress on their health and wellbeing.
They told yesterday's Irish Daily Mail there was a lack of support in difficult circumstances.
