Gardai investigating the death of a young woman in Limerick city are understood to be trying to trace a man seen in the area with a makeshift bandage on his hand.
The remains of the woman who was aged in her 20's were found at an apartment on the Dock Road at lunchtime yesterday.
She'd suffered a violent death.
The Irish Independent reports a man was seen in a shop close to the scene yesterday with his hand wrapped in a bandage and Gardai want to speak to him.
They've appealed for anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from the Dock Road and O'Curry Street areas between 1 and 2pm yesterday to come forward.
