The 21 year old went missing while hitching a lift from Moone, Co.Kildare to her home in Kilkenny.To this day the case remains unsolved.Speaking on the anniversary of Jo Jo's disappearance, Superintendent Martin Walker says a member of the public is holding on to vital information:
"The answer is out there, it's within the public remit to let us know what happened to JoJo Dullard on the night in question. Somebody out there knows what happened and I would appeal to them to their sense of humanity to come forward and give us some little small detail, a modicum of detail that will bring this matter to a conclusion."
