A former Irish Cross Country Runner turned addict has started a social media page to help people suffering from similar problems.
Stephen Kerr from Armagh ran for Ireland in his 20's and landed an athlete scholarship in America.
But after realising he couldn't go pro - he turned to alcohol and drugs to cope with his emotions.
Stephen says he wants 'Running for My Life' to be a safe space for anyone struggling:
"Running saved my life like. It gives me structure. It gives me goals. I suppose 'Running For My Life' is a page that I created just to show that there's help out there. When I was in addiction, it felt like no one understood me. I want to be that leveller that people know what I've been through, they can see what I've been through and they can relate".
