Enoch Burke has arrived at the Four Courts where his legal dispute with Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath has been taking place in his absence for the past few days.
On the opening day of the hearing on Tuesday, Enoch was held in contempt of court and refused entry into the courtroom unless he promised to behave himself and purge his contempt.
This morning, the court received what was described as a 'big, long email' from Enoch, claiming he had been 'barred' from the court and denied a fair trial.
The judge asked for a message to be relayed to Enoch to let him know he was more than welcome to return to the courtroom if he agrees to abide by directions of the court.
