Northern Ireland is on course for fresh elections next month.
The deadline for the formation of a new Stormont Executive expired at one minute past midnight.
The Secretary of State Chris Heaton-Harris is expected to call the elections around lunchtime.
Felicia is a transgender woman from Belfast and says the DUP are holding society back there:
"LGBT issues also need to be brought to the fore point as well as much as cost of living. I'm a transgender woman and I get abuse in Belfast every day. It's around us and just as I can't leave the house, I think they are holding the country back and they entice the backward nature of people's mindsets."
