Ed Sheeran's celebrating winning a High Court copyright battle over his 2017 song 'Shape of You'.
A judge decided the singer didn't copy a track from two years earlier by grime artist Sami Switch.
Mr Justice Zacaroli says it's "not credible" Ed - along with co-writers Johnny McDaid and Steven McCutcheon - tried to get inspiration from other songs to come up with their number one.
Ed Sheeran's given his reaction to the ruling.
"I feel like claims like this are way too common now and have become a culture where a claim is made with the idea that settlement will be cheaper than taking it to court, even if there's no basis for the claim.
"It's really damaging to the songwriting industry, there's only so many notes and very few chords used in pop music - coincidence is bound to happen."
