The Cabinet reshuffle has been labelled 'cosmetic' by Sinn Fein.
The party has re-iterated it's belief there should be an election.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar replaced Michael Martin over the weekend.
While a number of Ministers changed department, there was no change to the senior ministerial line up.
Sinn Fein's Education Spokesperson Donnchadh O Laoghaire says there needs to be a real change of government.
"I think it reflects the fact that there is no significant change politically, there is no change in policy likely to come, the change in personality is largely cosmetic.
"It's Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael exchanging power like they have for the last 100 years."
