A commission into Ireland's rail network has recommended building a trainline in Donegal, for the first time in decades.
The All Island Strategic Rail Review recommends building a link between Letterkenny and Derry.
The Journal reports it also proposes re-establishing the rail line between Rosslare and Waterford and Claremorris and Anthenry.
