There are calls for a vacant hotel in the heart of Dublin 4 to be used to help alleviate the housing crisis.
Jurys Hotel in Ballsbridge hasn't been occupied for a number of years and there are plans to turn it into a new American embassy.
But the developer that owns the site says significant investment would be needed to make it livable again.
