The Cabinet reshuffle has been underway for the last two hours.

Rumour rife but few changes so far.

Outgoing Government Chief Whip Jack Chambers will be moving to become Super Junior Minister at the Department of Transport, retaining a seat at Cabinet.

That displaces Fine Gael's Hildegarde Naughten, who's tipped to become the new chief whip but hasn't had the position confirmed.

On the Fianna Fáil side Health Minister Stephen Donnelly, Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien, Education Minister Norma Foley and Agriculture Minister Charlie McConalogue are all staying put.

Michael McGrath will become Finance Minister with Paschal Donohoe moving to public expenditure.

It's thought all Green Party TDs are staying in their current briefs.

There's likely to be a tweaking of Government Departments as well.

All remaining positions will be revealed when the Taoiseach takes to the Dáil floor shortly.
