They're believed to be a father and son, and died violently.
Journalist with the Irish Independent, Robin Schiller, outlines what is known about the discovery today:
"Gardaí are currently out the scene in a property in Letterkenny county Donegal where the bodies of two men were discovered this afternoon. Gardaí were alerted at around two o'clock and when they arrive at the property they found the two men at separate locations at the scene. The ages and identities of the men have not yet been disclosed and at this stage Gardaí do believe that they died violently but that is yet to be established. The services of the State Pathologist have also been requested and the scene is currently being preserved while a Garda Technical Bureau examination will also be carried out to establish exactly what happened at the property in Letterkenny."
