The Birr Air Display in County Offaly has been cancelled because of adverse weather conditions.
Organisers say safety is their main concern and the forecast does not guarantee the minimum safe cloud base or visibility for pilots.
The weather for UK acts travelling to and from County Offaly was also factored into the decision.
Tickets will be refunded or can be used for the next event.
