Almost one in three frontline workers have yet to receive the €1000 pandemic bonus.
By July 8th, figures from The Irish Sun show over 68,000 had received their payment.
Health Minister Stephen Donnelly, said last month the delay was down to prolonged discussions between parties.
It comes as the HSE has commissioned 32 benches to be installed in hospitals to remember those who died from Covid-19.
