After posting in several Facebook groups, Chantelle says she was sent messages asking for sex or bed sharing in exchange for reduced rent.

She says searching for accommodation was 'like a full time job’ and one of the worst things about moving to Ireland.

Chantelle said the requests she received from the men were disgusting:

"The first one who sent me his picture, he wasn't wearing boxers and he told me just come and see the room, me and the room are together. The second one asked me to share the room together. He wanted to be my boyfriend and the third one that was oh weird, he asked me about 200 euro in exchange for fun because it was an add on he was just looking for fun."
