A woman's described how she is waiting a month for her luggage which was lost on an outbound journey to Kenya.
Claudia Gichuhi was on a family trip to the country and had to buy clothes and car seats when they arrived there.
Claudia's been told the luggage is now in Dublin Airport, and that she should contact Aer Lingus.
However, she hasn't been able to get her bags.
