Seven people have been arrested in Tallaght in Dublin as part of a Garda Day of Action targeting Organised Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour.
Six houses were searched by Gardaí from the Tallaght district at 7 o'clock this morning and seven men were arrested.
Heroin and crack cocaine worth over 40,000 euro was seized, as well as 10,000 euro in cash.
Two were arrested in connection with firearms offences, four in connection with sale and supply of drugs, and one on foot of a warrant.
