25 percent of Irish people say the war in Ukraine is their number one concern for 2022.

That's according to figures from a new Aviva survey, which revealed inflation came in at number two-with 24 percent.

Concern about the pandemic seems to be dwindling, as just over one in ten admitted it was their main worry.

The most optimistic age group appeared to be those aged 25-44, with over a third of them saying they expect things to improve financially this year.
