14 cases of monkeypox have now been confirmed in Ireland.
The Health Protection and Surveillance Centre says contact tracing's underway.
It comes as a further 46 cases of monkeypox were identified in England, bringing the total UK figure to 574.
The World Health Organisation now refers to the condition as 'hMPXV'.
