The Government's dismissed claims in the Dáil that it has failed to tackle the cost of living crisis.
The accusation was made as Sinn Féin tabled a motion on a Spring bonus and supports.
The House heard claims that ordinary people were being crucified and in some cases were being pushed to the pin of their collars.
TD Seán Crowe says the crisis is biting every community and the Coalition is out of touch.
"I'm getting calls every morning from constituents who don't know how they're going to pay their energy bills that have gone up by €300 and €400 in the last couple of years.
"People are crying out for help, and nobody is listening."
