Laois County Council is under pressure to reverse its decision to turn down a licence for the music festival, which was due to be held in Stradbally at the end of next month.
It follows remarks from the Chief Medical Officer, who said there would be no major public health concerns for large outdoor events to go ahead.
Managing Director of MCD Denis Desmond, says there is a small window to play with if the festival is going to go ahead.
