A multi-operational search for a missing person is continuing in the River Lee this morning.
Gardaí were alerted to an incident on Patrick's Bridge at 10.30PM last night.
The Coast Guard, Helicopter Rescue 117 and Gardaí conducted a search late last night and have resumed this morning with the assistance of Mallow Search and Rescue.
In a statement to RedFM News, Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
