A man in France has won a case against his employer who fired him for being 'boring'.

A court heard he was unfairly dismissed because he wouldn't to join colleagues in the pub.

The man, referred to as 'Mr. T', was branded 'boring', 'square' and 'difficult to work with' by managers at a training company in Paris.

The French employment court awarded him 3-thousand euro, and will review his claim for a further 461-thousand euro in damages at a later date.
