The US President says there are clear signs Russia may be preparing to use chemical weapons in Ukraine.

The man arrested on suspicion of murdering a Dublin woman at the weekend was well-known to her.

The 27-year-old remains in Garda custody this morning in relation to Sandra Boyd's death.

A rural GP says almost two thirds of people who are presenting to her clinic have had Covid in the past few weeks.
