The full impact coronavirus is having on sport could be clearer by the end of the week.

Wtih five months to go until Tokyo 2020, the International Olympic Committee will hold talks with the heads of global sport governing bodies tomorrow.

That's also when UEFA will hold a video conference, where the postponement of Euro 2020 and how to reschedule the Champions League will be on the agenda.

Meetings of the domestic leagues will follow later in the week to discuss the longer term plan - with competitions currently shut down.

In the UK rugby union's Premiership and rugby league's Super League are expected to be the next sports to be postponed, with horse racing due to move behind closed doors.
