New Zealand Extends Lockdown Into Next Week After Cluster of Covid-19 Cases Discovered

New Zealand has extended its national lockdown into next week, after a cluster of Covid-19 cases were discovered in Auckland.

The outbreak was the first locally transmitted case identified in the country in six months.

With 70 new cases reported today, Prime Minister Jacinda Adhern announced the stay-at-home notice would remain in place until at least August 31st.
