Health officials are to begin contacting passengers on a flight from Italy to Dublin recently who may have been exposed to the coronavirus.

It's after the first case of Covid-19 was confirmed in the North last night.

The patient, who is being treated in isolation at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, had recently travelled from Italy via Dublin.

Professor Sam McConkey, from the RCSI, says there is no need for panic as coronavirus is often quite mild.
