The family of the cinematographer shot dead on a film set in New Mexico are suing Alec Baldwin and the film's producers for wrongful death.
Lawyers for relatives of Halyna Hutchins have also released a video showing an animated reconstruction of the shooting.
Brian Panish, representing the family, blames "cost-cutting" for the death.
"The lawsuit names Alec Baldwin and others who are responsible for the safety on the set, and whose reckless behaviour and cost cutting led to the senseless and tragic death of Halyna Hutchins."
