Authorities in China are lifting lockdown measures in the part of the country where the coronavirus pandemic began.

Travel to and from Hubei province will be allowed from tomorrow.

There have been no new recorded cases there for more than a week.

Restrictions will remain for the hardest-hit city, Wuhan, until at least the 8th of April.
