Gardaí are investigating an arson attack at a house in Rochestown.
The alarm was raised at 12.30am this morning and Gardaí and the emergency services responded to the incident at Silver Birch.
Gardaí say a female in her 40s and two young men were taken to Cork University Hospital for assessment. Cork City Fire Brigade says one of the young men sustained injuries after jumping from the first floor of the house on the Rochestown Road.
The scene is currently being preserved for technical examination and enquiries are ongoing.
A Garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of an incident of criminal damage by fire that occurred at a domestic residence in Rochestown, Cork city, on Monday, 16th February 2026, at approximately 12:30 am.
