Dozens of asylum seekers have spent a third night in tents in County Clare as temperatures plummeted overnight.
There are calls for urgent action to move the remaining applicants to more appropriate accommodation - with sub-zero temperatures expected to continue across the weekend.
The tented accommodation was erected as a short-term measure in September.
