Douglas Nursing Home is currently seeking a dedicated Lead Healthcare Assistant and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our caring and professional team.

Role Responsibilities:
· Provide high standards of care to residents
· Support residents with daily living activities
· Promote dignity, respect, and independence
· Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff
· (Lead HCA) Support and supervise care staff, ensuring best practice standards are maintained
Requirements:
· Relevant Healthcare qualification (QQI Level 5 or equivalent)
· Previous experience in a nursing home setting preferred
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
